Registration is open!
The 2025 Joint Annual Meeting of the Entomological Society of Alberta and the Entomological Society of Canada will take place from 5-8 October 2025 in Calgary, Alberta.
The scientific program will start at 1 pm on Sunday, October 5 and end in the late afternoon of Wednesday, October 8.
An ESC Board of Directors meeting will be held on the morning of Sunday, Oct. 5. University of Calgary collection tours are being organized for the morning of Sunday, Oct 5. A schedule of major events is available here.
The JAM will be held at the Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre. More information will be posted here as the conference theme and program develop.

Abstract submission will not be accepted after August 15, 2025
Note: Registration can be cancelled up until September 20, 2025 with a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations after Sept 20 will not be refunded.
